Maria Moran received her degree as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2019. Since receiving her degree, she has been providing patient healthcare as a Neurology APRN in Florida. To further her education, Maria attended Walden University to receive her post master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a dedicated professional, she is committed to providing holistic care that respect patients’ values and right. Maria approach focusses on empowering her patients to manage their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.
She is fluent in both English and Spanish and accepts new and established patients at Mental Medic in Weston Florida. She looks forward to providing you with the level of healthcare you deserve and is honored by you to allowing her to participate in your care.

Jose Gamez is a board-Certified Psychiatrist MD. Dr. Gamez has been practicing medicine for over 34 years in the Miami area. His specialty is psychiatry with a sub-specialty is Geriatric psychiatry. Currently, he is the Chief of Psychiatry Department and Medical Director for the psychiatry unit for Palmetto General Medical Center, an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami and Clinical Psychiatry Instructor at Nova Southeastern University, Community leader spokesman for Mental Health Topics at Univision Spanish Network and Medical Director and CEO of Galiz Research.
